Regular Dispatch
At Jannat Tahir, our standard dispatch timelines are as follows:
• Ready-to-Wear / Standard Orders: Dispatched within 15–17 working days
• New Arrivals (orders placed within 7 days of launch) & Formals: Dispatched within 25–30 working days
• Articles with Adda Work: Dispatched within 40–45 working days
• Bridal Orders: Require 12–14 weeks for dispatch
For bridal and time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend contacting our team prior to placing your order to confirm feasible dispatch timelines in accordance with your event date.
Please note that while we strive to meet our stated dispatch times, delays may occasionally occur due to materials or designs going temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we make every effort to restock at the earliest possible time, and our team will keep you informed regarding any changes to your delivery schedule.
Delivery Timelines
• Local Deliveries (Pakistan):
• Standard delivery: 3–4 working days
• Urban areas: Up to 6 working days
• Lahore: Delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch
• International Deliveries:
• Delivered within 7 working days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)
Customs, Duties & VAT (International Orders)
• International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
• All such charges are solely the responsibility of the customer and are applied according to the laws of the country of residence.
• Jannat Tahir is responsible only for the shipping charges collected at checkout and does not collect or process local taxes, VAT, or customs duties.
• Customs charges vary based on factors such as destination, product type, material, and declared value. As customs policies differ by country, we are unable to predict or control these charges.
• Any additional fees required for customs clearance must be paid by the customer in order for the shipment to be released.
