By accessing and using www.jannattahir.com, you agree to read, understand, and accept all terms and conditions stated below, along with our linked Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the website, including those who browse, select, and purchase clothing and jewelry from Jannat Tahir.
Orders & Payments
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Card Payments
• For COD orders, an advance payment is required:
• 50% advance for Bridal & Formal orders
• 20%–40% advance for all other categories
Our team will contact you to share official account or EasyPaisa details for the advance payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any COD order if we are unable to establish phone contact with the customer.
• For card payments, confirmation may take 2–3 working days, subject to approval from the issuing financial institution.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
As all outfits are made-to-order, the following dispatch timelines apply:
• Regular orders: 15–17 working days
• Formals: 25–30 working days
• Bridal orders: Timelines vary; customers are advised to contact our team via Instagram or WhatsApp before placing an order
Delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Local (Pakistan): 3–4 working days
• Urban areas: Up to 6 working days
• International orders: Up to 7 working days
Please note that dispatch and delivery timelines may vary due to customization requirements.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure customer protection, we strongly require an unboxing video to be recorded within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• The video must clearly show the sealed package (tape intact).
• Claims for damaged or missing items will not be entertained without a proper unboxing video.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
As our products are made-to-order and customized, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered.
An exception may be made only if:
• An incorrect or defective item is received
• The issue is non-fixable
• The product is unused and undamaged
For fixable issues (e.g., missing lace/tassels, loose threads, or minor sizing adjustments within the allowed margin), a 10% discount on the affected item may be offered.
All concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, Jannat Tahir will not be responsible for any claims.
Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders may be canceled before processing.
• Once an advance or full payment is confirmed and the order has been sent for stitching or shipped, cancellation is not permitted, and the No Return & Exchange Policy applies.
Jannat Tahir reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
• Stock unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment decline by the issuing bank
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
If a parcel remains undelivered due to customer-related issues (incorrect address, non-response, refusal to receive, or failure to collect) and no response is received within 60 days of the first delivery attempt, the parcel will be discarded, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Jannat Tahir is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country.
• If the customer refuses or fails to pay applicable customs charges, the parcel may be abandoned or returned by the courier.
• In such cases, the customer will not be eligible for any refund, chargeback, or reimbursement and will bear the return shipping cost, if applicable.
Care Instructions
Each piece by Jannat Tahir is crafted with delicate detailing and premium materials.
• Dry clean only
• Do not bleach
• Wash dark colors separately
• Cold hand wash is recommended
Handle garments with care to maintain quality and longevity.
Measurements & Customization
Customers may customize:
• Top and bottom length
• Sleeve length
If no customization is selected:
• The outfit will be stitched according to sample measurements
• Sleeves will follow the sample design
For necklines:
• Unless specified, front and back will be identical
• Neck depth can be customized upon request
Disclaimer
We strive to ensure that product colors displayed on our website accurately represent the actual garments. However, slight variations may occur due to:
• Fabric dye composition
• Weather conditions during dyeing
• Lighting, screen resolution, and display settings
Our shoots are conducted in natural daylight, without artificial lighting. Instagram videos are unedited for transparency.
