Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

As our products are made-to-order and customized, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered.

An exception may be made only if:
    •    An incorrect or defective item is received
    •    The issue is non-fixable
    •    The product is unused and undamaged

For fixable issues (e.g., missing lace/tassels, loose threads, or minor sizing adjustments within the allowed margin), a 10% discount on the affected item may be offered.

All concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, Jannat Tahir will not be responsible for any claims.
